RJ8100 series battery PACK automatic test system is an automatic test equipment designed and developed for battery PACK function and performance testing. The system adopts open hardware and software architecture, consisting of main control cabinet, industrial computer, electrical safety performance tester, program-controlled DC test power supply, collision signal simulator, power analyzer, high-precision battery internal resistance tester, equipotential tester, etc., and provides custom-designed BMS communication simulation unit, charging simulation unit, system control switching unit and other special measurement, test instruments and control software, for battery PACK manufacturers and new energy vehicle enterprises R & D testing, production testing, We provide testing solutions for basic needs such as quality spot check tests and other individual needs.

1. BMS simulation verification module: configure auxiliary power supply, simulate BMS working environment and verify the main functions and performance indicators of BMS;

2. High voltage battery internal resistance tester: measure the voltage and internal resistance parameters of the battery PACK;

3. Equipotential tester: DC grounding resistance test for the mid-distance and near-end grounding units of the battery PACK;

4. Safety comprehensive tester: provide AC and DC withstand voltage, insulation and other electrical safety performance specification testing;
