RJ8000 series charging pile automatic test system is an automatic test system developed for electric vehicle charging piles (non-on-board chargers) that meets the AC and DC charging pile test standards. The system adopts open hardware and software architecture, providing AC and DC test power supply, AC and DC electronic load (box), power analyzer, BMS communication analog unit, system control switching unit, safety comprehensive tester and digital oscilloscope, industrial computer and other measurement and testing equipment developed by Ruijie, providing test solutions for users' basic needs such as R&D precision testing, production high-speed testing, quality spot check testing and other individual needs.

RJ8000 series charging pile automatic test system, is for electric vehicle charging pile (non-vehicle charger) research and development, in line with AC, DC charging pile test standards of automatic test system.

The system adopts open hardware and software architecture, and provides AC-DC test power supply developed by Ruijie Company, AC-DC electronic load (box), power analyzer, BMS communication analog unit, system control switching unit, safety comprehensive tester, digital oscilloscope, industrial computer and other measuring and testing equipment. Provide test solutions for users' basic needs such as research and development precision test, production high-speed test, quality spot check test and other individual needs.


System Configuration

Programmable AC power supply: voltage, frequency can be edited, analog power grid output overvoltage, undervoltage and voltage regulation test power supply;

High-voltage electronic load: provide charging pile analog load, with a fixed voltage, fixed current, fixed power, fixed resistance and other modes, dynamic response speed is fast; Measurement of each output parameter at the same time, including output voltage, current, power and other parameters;

Multi-channel power analyzer: the input and output electrical parameters are measured, including voltage, current, power, power factor, frequency, harmonic content, etc.;

Oscilloscope: charging pile output ripple, noise measurement;

Switching control unit: provides the interface to communicate with the charging pile under test, provides the control and switching of each input and output unit;

BMS communication analog unit;

Safety comprehensive tester: provide grounding, insulation, AC, DC voltage and other safety performance test;

Industrial control computer: system software operating platform.


Compatibility test: Support AC charging pile, DC charging pile test, AC and DC integrated charging pile and various connection mode test;

Project optimization: According to relevant inspection and test standards, design and optimize the standard test item library of the special charging pile test, and select the test according to the actual test needs;

Easy to operate: the test system software is easy to learn and use, and the test items are selected according to the needs; Test program one-click start test completed; Special interface tooling customized for charging pile test, convenient and efficient connection with charging pile interface; Test data and judgment results can be automatically stored locally;
