Honeycomb Energy Technology Co., Ltd. is a new energy high-tech company specializing in the research and development and manufacturing of automotive power battery materials, cells, modules, packs, BMS, energy storage products. In March 2021, Honeycomb Energy Shenzhen R&D Center was established. In October 2021, Honeycomb Energy realized mass production of the first generation of L600 short knife battery. In December 2021, Honeycomb Energy held the second battery Day, released the "600" strategy and four supporting strategies, and launched a new category of short knife battery, the implementation of electric full range short knife.

Plant layout

The company adopts global layout, currently there are 11 manufacturing bases, 10 research and development centers worldwide. In terms of factory layout, the Jintan Factory, which has been in mass production, continues to expand to the fourth phase. The company also plans to build eleven production bases in Germany, Baoding of Hebei, Suining of Sichuan, Chengdu of Sichuan, Huzhou of Zhejiang, Ma 'anshan of Anhui, Taizhou of Jiangsu, Nanjing of Jiangsu, Yancheng of Jiangsu, Shangrao of Jiangxi and other places. Honeycomb Energy took the lead in building the industry's first vehicle gauge AI intelligent power battery factory in Jintan, Jiangsu Province. The first and second phases of the Jintan Plant have been put into operation respectively in November 2019 and December 2020.

In terms of product technology innovation, Honeycomb Energy launched the world's first cobalt-free battery, carried out research and development and optimization of mainstream high-nickel ternary battery, as well as solid state battery, lithium sulfur, lithium air battery and other cutting-edge technology research and development;
