In the cell test, what will affect the final test result of the cell is the voltage strength. Theoretically, the higher the voltage, the more the problem of the cell will be exposed. When the strength reaches a certain level, the good product cell will also be broken down. Therefore, setting a reasonable voltage value will have a positive impact on the battery test results.


Usually, when producing a type of cell, customers are advised to analyze the voltage strength of the cell diaphragm through the breakdown analysis function of the instrument, and then determine the voltage test range based on the analysis results. Through the accumulation of experience in many fields, we find that the voltage setting value between 20%-35% of the breakdown voltage is the best for the detection of the cell. Therefore, customers are also advised to set in accordance with this parameter range.
