The DC charging pile interoperability tester can simulate the working conditions and parameters of the normal state and fault state of electric vehicles, control and monitor the operating status data of the whole charging process, and can cooperate with and diagnose the complete charging behavior of the DC charging pile in the charging process. This product can provide an independent way for DC charging pile developers, experimental testing units, product manufacturers, on-site installation, commissioning and maintenance personnel to diagnose, detect and verify the function of DC charging products and the degree of compliance of products with relevant standards.
DC charging pile interoperability tester adopts standard 5U modular design, integrated vehicle interface circuit simulation module, CAN message acquisition module, battery voltage simulation module, charging pile measurement verification module, BMS simulation module and embedded controller and other functional modules;
The equipment is equipped with standard charging gun socket, which meets the requirements stipulated in GB/T 20234.3-2015 standard;
Design vehicle charging interface circuit fault simulation, with DC+, DC-, PE, S+, S-, CC1, CC2, A+, A- loop fault simulation functions;
The standard parameter acquisition interface is designed to realize the external acquisition function of each signal;
The device is equipped with a CAN communication simulation module, which can simulate the vehicle BMS and edit various vehicle working conditions to test the corresponding status of the charging pile;
The device has a built-in temperature measurement chip with ambient temperature measurement function;
Configure the CAN communication message acquisition module, which can realize the synchronous collection of CAN bus messages and data parameters such as voltage and current;
The charging pile interoperability tester cooperates with the special host computer software to simulate the communication between the vehicle and the charging pile in real time, and realizes the message information interaction status of the four stages of low-voltage auxiliary power-on and charging handshake stage, parameter configuration stage, charging stage and charging end stage when the vehicle is charging.
